Pre-requisite:

You must configure the following arguments:

  • Enter the path to the executable file: \\COMPUTER\c$\WindowsXP-KB936929-SP3-x86-FRA.exe
  • Select the extraction detection to determine the installation engine

The update installation engine is detected.

Knowing the installation engine allows to know the installation switches.

  • Select the –q argument for a silent setup (Settings button)
